French companies in judicial liquidation, 50 employees or more
Type a company name or a SIREN. 476 companies of 50 employees or more placed in judicial liquidation, from the BODACC bulletins published since January 2024.
Liquidator? The company's internal data may still be an asset — see the data of a company in liquidation. Or a dated record report.
What this is
French commercial courts publish every insolvency judgment in the BODACC, the official bulletin of civil and commercial notices. This site keeps the companies placed in judicial liquidation (liquidation judiciaire) — opened directly or converted from a receivership or safeguard — in the bulletins published since January 2024, that INSEE's Sirene register puts in a headcount band of 50 employees or more. Each record gives the judgment, its date, the court, the town, the activity code and the headcount band with its year.
Who uses it
- Creditors and suppliers — has this company been placed in liquidation, and when?
- Former employees and customers — which court, and since when?
- Liquidators — see the data of a company in liquidation.
What it is not
Not the BODACC, not INSEE, not a court, and not a certificate. The headcount band is INSEE's latest one, not the peak: a company may have shrunk before failing, and the band can be several years old. A liquidation listed here may since have been closed or converted; check the BODACC or the court registry for today's position. The internal data of a French company is often in French.
