For liquidators (mandataires judiciaires). The Slack or Microsoft Teams archive of a company that has stopped trading can still be realised in the liquidation.

### What we can do

- **An asset that is rarely listed** — the Slack or Microsoft Teams archive, internal documentation and project histories of a company that employed 50 people or more at its peak. Specialised buyers license this kind of data for AI training. The program we refer to asks for data mostly in English.
- **Who decides** — the liquidator, usually with the authorisation of the juge-commissaire. Internal messages contain personal data of former employees: whether and how they can be transferred is a legal question for the liquidator and the buyer (GDPR), not something this site can settle or promise.
- **What we do** — tell us which company and roughly how many people it employed; we answer with whether it fits and what to do next. We are paid by the buyer if a partnership is signed, never by the company.
- **For a whole caseload** — send the SIRENs you hold; get back the ones worth a closer look.
